Vinyasa flows are fluid and strengthening 60 minute classes that let you tap into a focused mind while challenging your body. Classes may vary in intensity and leave you feeling strong.

Friday: Slow Power Morning Flow

7.15 - 8.00 (CET), in German

With 45 Minutes of Slow Power Morning Flow you start a powerful and energized day. After a short meditation, the class follows a slower pace and focuses on building strength in different parts of the body. Any challenge can be mastered with calm, strength and sweat.

Instructor

Verena Ermes

Verena is passionate about yoga since almost 10 years. To her, yoga is about connecting the movements of the body to the awareness of the breath, and thereby increasing clarity in the mind. Verena's classes are intended to balance out long periods of sitting during the day. Her classes contain an element of flow to create a nice sweat and require all of the mind's attention. Verena's aim is for you to leave each class feeling replenished and energized.

  • How do I join an online class?

    Click the button above and sign up for each indivdual class. 15 minutes prior to class you'll get the Zoom link via email.

  • How much costs a class?

    The drop-in ticket costs 12€. There are options for a card with five or ten classes at 50€ and 90€. You can choose and pay your preferred option while signing up for a class.

  • Once signed up, do I have to attend class?

    You can cancel and get a refund until 6 hours before class starts.
